Submit your photo through our order portal. A clear, front-facing shot with good lighting gives the best result. Multiple angles are welcome.

Staff Review & Consultation

Our team contacts you within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email — to confirm details, discuss adjustments, and share a 3D preview for complex items before printing begins.

Production in Our Workshop

Your item is 3D modelled, printed, and post-processed in our Kowloon workshop. Production takes 2–5 business days depending on complexity and chosen material.

Packaged & Delivered

We carefully package your piece and dispatch within 48 hours of your confirmation. SF Express delivery across Hong Kong, with an urgent staff-delivery option available.

Photo Guidelines

What Makes a Good Source Photo?

Good lighting

Natural daylight or even indoor lighting works best. Avoid harsh shadows across the subject's face.

Clear angle

A front-facing photo gives the most accurate result. For pets, a slightly elevated, head-on angle works best.

Sharp focus

Blurry or pixelated photos limit what we can capture. Minimum ~1 MP, though higher resolution always produces better results.

Clear subject

The main subject should be distinguishable from the background. Simple or plain backgrounds make isolation easier for our team.

Common Questions

A clear, well-lit, front-facing photo with a minimum resolution of around 1 megapixel works best. The subject should be clearly distinguishable from the background. For pet portraits, photos taken at the pet's eye level with the face fully visible produce the most accurate results. We'll review your photo before confirming, and if there are any concerns, we'll discuss alternatives with you.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed, depending on the complexity and size of your item. Simple keychains tend to be at the lower end; detailed busts or large figurines take longer. We will always give you a production timeline estimate when confirming your order.
Yes — for larger or more complex orders (bust portraits, detailed character figurines), we typically share a 3D render image via WhatsApp before printing begins. This gives you the opportunity to request adjustments to the pose, expression, or proportions. For simpler items such as keychains, the staff consultation step covers any final preferences.
PLA prints come in natural filament colour, matte black, matte white, or hand-painted. We can also apply a metallic gold or silver coating. Resin prints come in a grey base (which can be painted), or natural resin colour. All hand-painting is done by our team in our Kowloon workshop. Include your colour preferences in the Special Requests field when ordering.
Our PLA printer handles objects up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Our resin printer handles objects up to 200 × 125 × 220 mm. Items larger than these dimensions may be split into sections and assembled. We'll advise you during the consultation if this applies.
Yes. Duplicate prints are available at a reduced per-unit cost — since the 3D model is prepared only once, additional prints are significantly cheaper. Please mention the quantity in the Special Requests field when ordering, and our staff will include a bulk pricing breakdown in their reply.
Yes — tell us which subject to focus on in the Special Requests field when you order. We can isolate a specific person or pet digitally. For couple or family figurines, it helps to send individual photos of each person alongside the group shot.
Your photos are used solely for creating your order. We do not share, publish, or use customer photos for marketing without explicit written consent. Your 3D model file is retained for up to 6 months for potential re-orders, then deleted.
Yes — we welcome enquiries for corporate gifts, awards, promotional items, and event giveaways. Volume pricing applies for orders of 5 or more identical pieces. Contact us directly via WhatsApp or email to discuss requirements and receive a custom quote.
Our pre-production consultation step is specifically designed to align expectations before anything is printed — this is why we share previews for complex items. If there is a quality defect or error on our part, we will reprint the item at no additional charge. Because each piece is custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds for subjective preference changes after production has begun.
